Please order 10% in access of estimated need in order to preclude future shortages.

Exchanges and Returns

We understand that sometimes the product you receive may not meet your expectations. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that clearance items and custom orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Restocking Fees

For all eligible returns, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs associated with processing the return. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Clients are also responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Information

Floorika Fine Hardwood is pleased to offer shipping services to all five boroughs of New York City or out of state. Our team works diligently to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly. Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to keep you updated on your shipment’s progress.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if you find any damage or discrepancies. Floorika Fine Hardwood will not be held responsible for any damage or discrepancies reported after 48 hours of receipt.

Buyer has final responsibility as to grade, finish and quality of the order received.

Returns accepted for an unopened, undamaged merchandise only.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for three (3) cartons or less.

All freight fees are final charges. No credit or refund will be issued for freight fees.

Cancellation Fees

Rush order – 1-2 days lead time: No cancellation allowed within 48 hours of scheduled delivery. If you cancel after that deadline, the company might charge a cancellation fee. This fee is typically designed to cover costs incurred in preparing for the order.

All other orders with longer lead times: No cancellation allowed once your order has shipped. Please refer to the restocking fees section.
