Visit our Brooklyn studio.
Our studio is on 4th Avenue between 15th and 16th — accessible from Manhattan in under 30 minutes by R train (Prospect Avenue stop) or under 20 minutes by car. Street parking on 5th Avenue. Walk-ins welcome during business hours; private appointments recommended for project consultations.
The showroom is set up the way trade clients and serious homeowners actually use it: larger samples available to view in person, the full material library on hand for side-by-side review of finishes and species, and cut samples available on request — for take-home review against your project’s lighting, millwork, and existing materials. Trade clients can request project-specific sample boards in advance of the visit.

Walk-ins are welcome during regular hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM). For project consultations — where you want focused time with our team to discuss material selection, finishes, and specifications — we recommend booking a private appointment. Both Saturday closures and Sunday-by-appointment are firm, so plan accordingly.
Helpful (not required): square footage of the space, photos of the existing floor, any inspiration images you've collected, a sense of timeline and budget range, and the type of substrate (wood subfloor or concrete slab). For trade and design professionals, project floor plans and existing material specifications are useful. Don't have any of this? That's fine — bring what you have.
No. Site visits across the New York metro and written estimates are free. We bring sample materials to the project, measure the space, and assess the substrate at no charge. The estimate that follows is itemized and binding for 30 days.
Yes. We operate an open trade program for architects, interior designers, and builders — sample programs, project pricing, dedicated project management, and architectural specification support. Mention "trade" when you contact us and we'll connect you with our trade specialist directly.
Phone: same business day, usually within an hour. Email and form submissions: within one business day, usually faster. Estimate requests after a walkthrough: written estimate delivered in less than 24 hours after the walkthrough. Walkthroughs themselves are typically scheduled the same week we hear from you.
A short phone call can usually give you a workable price range based on rough square footage and material category. For a binding written estimate, we need a site visit — pricing varies meaningfully with substrate condition, and we won't quote what we haven't seen.
